Privacy & Donation Policies
Who we are
Jehovah Warriors Outreach is a faith-based community outreach serving vulnerable children and families in Uganda. We do not claim registered-charity status, and we cannot issue tax-deductible receipts. If our registration status changes, this page will be updated and announced.
How donations are handled
Donations are accepted only through our official payment-provider accounts (PayPal, GoFundMe, and Amazon Wish List) linked from this website. We never ask for bank credentials, card numbers, or payment passwords, and no donation is processed on this website itself — payments happen on the provider's own secure checkout. Funds intended for Uganda are transferred to the ministry's authorized bank account in Uganda through documented channels, and transfers are recorded by our organizers.
How donations are used
Gifts support food, clothing, education supplies, and essential items for children and families in Uganda, together with the reasonable costs of delivering that support. Verified impact reports are published on our Impact section; we only publish figures we can document.
Refunds
If you made a donation in error, contact us promptly through the website's contact form or WhatsApp. Refund eligibility follows the payment provider's own policies (for example, GoFundMe's donor refund policy and PayPal's buyer/donor protections), and we will always help you reach the provider.
Your privacy
When you send a message, volunteer application, sponsorship inquiry, or prayer request through this website, we receive your name, your contact detail, and your message so we can respond. When you join the One Million Hearts campaign, we count one supporter per email address. We do not sell personal information. Prayer requests are treated with care and shared only with the outreach's prayer team. WhatsApp messages are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy; we never send bank credentials or donors' private payment details through WhatsApp.
Photographs
Photographs and videos from the outreach are published only with permission. Illustrations on this website are artwork, and they are labelled as artwork.
